How Many Points For The Coloured Balls In Snooker

In the game of snooker, the colored balls have different point values and are used in different ways. The colors and their respective point values are:

  • Red: 1 point each
  • Yellow: 2 points each
  • Green: 3 points each
  • Brown: 4 points each
  • Blue: 5 points each
  • Pink: 6 points each
  • Black: 7 points each

Players must first “pot” (or sink) all the red balls, then the colored balls in the order listed above (yellow, green, brown, blue, pink, black). The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.
